Terms for Venue Admins

1. Service Subscription
By subscribing to MomentLink as a Venue Admin, you agree to pay the applicable fees for the chosen plan. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours prior to the renewal date.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your admin credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. You typically create accounts for your clients (Hosts), and you must ensure you have their consent to generate credentials for them.
3. Data & Storage
Each plan comes with a specific storage limit (e.g., photo counts or MB). Exceeding these limits may result in service interruption or additional charges. MomentLink reserves the right to archive or delete data for inactive events after a specific retention period (typically 365 days).
4. Content Moderation
While MomentLink provides the platform, the Venue Admin acknowledges that they share responsibility with the Host for monitoring content. MomentLink reserves the right to remove any content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy without prior notice.
Terms for Customers (Event Hosts)

1. Event Ownership
As the Host (Customer), you are the primary owner of the event gallery. You have the right to download, share, and delete content from your event. You also have the authority to moderate content uploaded by your guests.
2. Access Control
You are responsible for the distribution of your event's QR code or passcode. MomentLink is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the public sharing of your private event codes.
3. Payments & Refunds
If payment is collected directly by the Venue, all refund requests must be directed to them. MomentLink is a technology provider and does not hold funds paid for event hosting services unless directly invoiced by us.
4. Guest Conduct
You acknowledge that you are responsible for the behavior of your guests on the platform. While we provide moderation tools, we cannot preemptively block specific individuals from scanning your QR code.
Terms for Guests & Public

1. Content License
By uploading photos or videos to a MomentLink event, you grant the Host (Customer) and the Venue a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, download, and share your content in relation to the specific event. You retain copyright of your original work.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to upload content that is:
- Illegal, pornographic, hateful, or violent.
- Infringing on another person's intellectual property.
- Malicious software or spam.
3. Privacy
Please be aware that photos uploaded to a shared event gallery are visible to other guests who have the link or QR code. Do not upload private or sensitive information.
4. Limitation of Liability
MomentLink is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss of data or service interruptions. Use the service at your own risk during events.
